Broiled Lobstertail

1 Serving, Counts as: 3 Life Proteins


2 quarts water
1/4 tsp salt

4oz lobstertail, with shell

"I can't Believe it's Not Butter" spray

1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot. Add lobster tail.
2. Return water to boiling. Cover and reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, drain.
3. Slice thin under-shell of tail down the middle and gently press open tail; trim away shell, as needed. Pull meat out of tail to expose.
4. Place tail on broiler rack in oven or on grill. Season with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray.
5. Broil or grill 3-inches from heat until hot, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Serve with lemon.
