Summer Sangria

4 Servings, Each Counts as: 2 Life Carbs

1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
Ground cinnamon to taste
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 apple, chopped
1 pint of raspberries
2 cups of soda water

1. Mix all ingredients together, except the soda water.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
3. Strain and add soda water, ice and serve.
