Asparagus Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 3 Life Protein, 3 Life Carb, 2 Life Fat 

4 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp fat-free French dressing
1/2 cup asparagus spears, cooked
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
1 cup salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces 

1. Mix nonfat yogurt and French dressing in a small bowl. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 
3. Arrange chilled asparagus on salad greens; top with egg slices. 
4. Spoon dressing over top.
