Chicken Patties

3 Servings, Each Counts as: 3 Life Proteins, 2 Life Carbs

1-pound ground white meat chicken breast
1 granny smith apple, peeled and chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup breadcrumbs made from your low-calorie bread
1 tsp mint
2 Tbsp thyme, chopped
Fresh black pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Form into 3 patties.
2. For best results and taste, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Cook in skillet, heated over a medium flame, 5 minutes on each side.
