Dilled Pasta Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 2 Life Carbs, 2 Life Fats

1/2 Tbsp snipped fresh dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Dash of ground pepper
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1/3 cup cooked rotini pasta
1/4 cucumber, diced
1/4 medium carrot, shredded
2 green onions, diced 

1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
