Egg Drop Soup

1 Serving, Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb, 3 Life Fats 

2 cups Herb-Ox very low sodium chicken broth, prepared from bouillon
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of white pepper
5 green onions, sliced
2 eggs

1. In a medium saucepan, add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. 
2. In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs. Stir in onions. 
3. Pour egg mixture into broth, stirring constantly with a fork, until the eggs form strands. 
4. Serve immediately
