Garlic Tomato Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 2 Life Carbs 

1 medium tomato, cut into 1/4 inch slices 
2 Tbsp fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp no salt
Dash red pepper sauce
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces

1. Place tomato slices in a glass dish. 
2. Combine dressing, vinegar, salt, pepper sauce and garlic in covered container or jar and shake, vigorously, to mix. 
3. Pout mixture over tomato slices. 
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 
5. Serve on a bed of salad greens.
