Mediterranean Tuna Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 4 Life Proteins, 5 Life Carbs

6 ounces of can tuna, packed in water, drained
2 tsp light mayonnaise
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp diced white onion 
1 tbsp diced red pepper
1 tbsp shredded carrot
1 rib celery, sliced finely 
3 black olives, diced 

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
