1 Serving, Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 2 Life Carbs, 2 Life Fats

1/2 whole-wheat bagel thin
1 small tomato 
Fresh basil 
2 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Cut tomato into 2 or 3 slices. 
2. Place tomato on a bagel. 
3. Sprinkle basil and cheese on top of tomato. 
4. Place on baking sheet and place in 375-degree oven, until cheese is melted.
