Spinach Soup

1 Serving, Each Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb

2 cups Herb-Ox very low sodium chicken bouillon 
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp lemon juice 

1. In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. 
2. Stir in spinach and mushrooms, allowing spinach to wilt; return to a boil. 
3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in lemon juice. 
4. Serve immediately
