Vegetarian Chili

10 Servings, Each Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 3 Life Carbs, 2 Life Fats 

1 Large onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
6 cups canned low-sodium stewed tomatoes
2 cups canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/8 tsp ground cloves 
Dash allspice 
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin 

1. Sauté onion and green pepper in a Dutch oven coated with nonfat cooking spray. 
2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended about 20 to 30 minutes. 
3. Serve immediately.
