Pork al' Orange

1 Serving, Each Counts as:  4 Life Proteins, 1 Life Carb, 2 Life Fats

4 ounces pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp water
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dried onion

1. Mix water, orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and onion in a small saucepan. Cook sauce over medium heat until thickened. Set aside.

2. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Add pork; cook until pork is no longer pink. Add sauce to pan, heat through before serving.
