Turkey Sloppy Joe

4 Servings, Each Count as: 3 Life Proteins, 3 Life Carbs 1 Life Fat

1 lb lean ground turkey breast
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 small tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tsp vinegar
1 packet Splenda
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
Dash oregano
Dash red pepper flakes
4 slices light bread

1. Coat Dutch oven with nonfat cooking spray. Brown ground turkey, onions, and peppers. Add remaining ingredients (except bread).
2. Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Serve over diet bread.
