Ingredients 4 oz. Chicken Breast, skinless 2 tbsp. hummus 4 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup mixed greens Whole-wheat pita
Directions 1. Boil a pot of water, add chicken and let boil for 10 minutes (until chicken is fully cooked). 2. Drain and let chicken cool 3. Warm a whole-wheat pita in the microwave 4. Shred chicken with two forks. One holds the chicken in place while the other is used to shred the chicken. 5. In the pita pocket or on top (for more of a wrap), place chicken, hummus, tomatoes, and mixed greens. Fold and enjoy!
