California Turkey Burger

1 Serving, Counts as: 5 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb, 4 Life Fats

6 oz lean ground turkey breast
Dash of pepper
Dash of onion powder
1/8 tsp sage
2 tbsp avocado, mashed
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 leaf of lettuce
2 slices onion
1/8 cucumber, sliced

1. Combine turkey and spices. 
2. Shape into patty. 
3. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Brown both sides of the patty; turn down heat to low and finish cooking until juices run clear. 
4. This burger is also great on the grill!
5. Spread avocado over turkey burger. 
6. Sprinkle with chopped pepper. 
7. Top with lettuce, cucumber, and onion
