Chicken salad

1 Serving, Count as: 6 Life Protein, 5 Life Fats 

5 ounces of chicken cooked and cut into bite-size pieces. 
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard 
1 rib celery, thinly sliced 
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp parsley 
1/2 tsp dried minced onion 

1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 
2. Serve chilled.
